By using ZeroStandup, you agree to these terms that govern how you use our platform.
Privacy First
We only collect metadata from your tools, never your actual source code.
Fair Billing
Cancel anytime. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of your data. Export or delete it at any time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZeroStandup ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
ZeroStandup is a B2B SaaS platform that automates daily standups for remote software teams by aggregating activity from development tools, generating AI-powered summaries, and broadcasting them to team channels.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You may not share your account with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Subscription and Payment
ZeroStandup offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
Metadata Only
By default, we only fetch commit messages, PR titles, and ticket names—never your actual source code.
No Code Storage
We do not store any code in our database.
Encrypted Storage
All integration tokens are stored encrypted.
Optional AI Code Review
Enterprise users may opt-in to temporary diff analysis, which is processed in memory and never stored.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (GitHub, Trello, Slack, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ZeroStandup and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROSTANDUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroStandup and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZeroStandup operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
